THE PREMISE
The Fukitsuna Clan has been through hell, and back again through the Shogunate Regime throughout the years. The blood split on the battleground has been shared by all involved. Where the Fukitsuna inflicts a wound, the Shogun takes another head. Friends, family and loved ones have been lost over the years with the war against all who held a sword in hand. Recent events have been hushing whispers within the Eastern front of Japah, a necromancer has risen at the Yen paid underhand of the Shogun. With the promise of bringing down those that have disrupted everything the Shogun has worked for, prices have never been higher. Assassins, samurai and warrior have failed, the Necromancer plans to succeed. On this night, it will not be the Shongunate Regime's armies, but something much, much, closer to home.

There was a calling of a small meeting between those that would right alongside Aaron Havoc. It had been some time since Nai-Li had followed the practice of Master Lee Jun-Fan, to which would lead to the meeting of the rising name of Aaron Havoc. Earlier within the month Nai-Li had faced disappointment when members of those followers were sent off with an affiliated clan, the Salko Clan to which Aaron had mad met at some point in his time in Japah. It was at the time of selecting those that would provide the best protection for the traveling of Reka Salko, to which Nai-Li had assumed selected, but was over passed by Tsuga and ROOK. She had mulled that decision over and let it ease from her mind over time, the determination to prove herself was overshadowing her ambition to prove herself to the others as her presence there. Today brought another selection, for that Nai-Li had been picked and instructed by Master Lee Jun-Fan to attend alongside to hear the briefing of their next move, he had informed her that they were intending to meet within a small cottage outside the city of Bojang.

Traveling had to be done in secrecy, from her Chenzhao heritage it was a strange experience to have to sneak the lands in fear of governmental suppression. Nai-Li silently carried behind her Master Lee Jun-Fan, carrying his pack, to which Nai-Li complained, but realized the futility of her voiced complaints from previous experience. As they took to the trail leading to the agreed rallying point of the cottage, they took a small path branching from the main road, getting in to a small brush of wood to avoid gazing eyes. Master Lee Jun-Fan kept a brisk pace as Nai-Li followed as close as she could to not stray too far from his path or steps.

Over a part of time they would make it to a small run down cottage, as though it had been abandoned for some time, or whoever called this place a home would not keep it from falling to a failed status of a home. Master Lee Jun-Fan proceeded to window, looking through the shut in window for a moment even though one could not see inside. Nai-Li shook her head before speaking aloud to her master. "You cannot see inside Master, they are shut in" she said with a grin before Master Lee Jun-Fan, thinking she got the best of him. Master Lee Jun-Fan simply turned and stared at her before pressing his hand to the boarded window a press of a small notch in the wood plank sounded with a clank and a small item fell from an opening above where the board was placed.
Nai-Li looked as Master Lee held a key within his hand and proceeded to the door, she went to detest before Master Lee spoke, "I believe you now lack skill and the sense of sight" he said with a slight smile. Nai-Li groaned and rushed to his side as they stepped within the cottage.

Once inside the sight of Aaron and a female was standing over a small table, a few candles lit within the center, illuminating the small room around them. Nai-Li closed the door behind herself as she kept a sharp look to the other woman who was in the room with Aaron. An immediate understanding that Aaron must keep a small trust, considering he was unarmed, allowing this stranger to stand so close. Nai-Li lowered her guard. Master Lee Jun-Fan approached Aaron before giving a firm grip on his arm and whispering something into his ear, she would be unsure as to what this information was.

Nai-Li tossed Master Lee Jun-Fan's bag by a small shrine that had diminished of it's incense long ago that was placed by the door. Nai-Li then moved to the table of which Aaron and the woman were viewing, as though they were gathering information that was being discussed before Nai-Li and Master Lee had arrived. She moved to the table and placed her palms on the table itself, leaning over slightly to view the map in closer detail. It was a map of Eastern Japah, just north of their current location of Bojang.

"Master, what is this all about?" Nai-Li asked her Master, turning a curious look to Master Lee hoping to get some additional information of what this mission was going to be.

During the months of travel with this motley crew Lee had obtained a weapon that is considered to be the most advanced of its time, a weapon of fire that is eclipsing the millennia long use of bows on the battlefield.   After acquiring a lump sum of cash he ended up spending it on a weapon native to pantheon but with elements that Chenzhao has used spanning the beginning of their old empire.  The weapon was decorated in gold and blackened steel with a finish of a decorative charred wood.  At the mouth of the weapon a dragon’s head symbolizing how deadly a dragon’s breath is to mortal men. He wanted to know how such a weapon worked and if can provide him any use.  Despite his usual attire and equipment a weapon in which a blacksmith said was, “easy to use,” would it fit Lee’s style of combat? The thing is the soulstone inside Lee’s sword did not have a liking to such a weapon but knew it was only of Lee’s curiosity.

Upon entering the cottage Lee would notice Aaron standing near a table with another, gazing upon a map of Japah.  He would greet Aaron with a subtle nod as if he were to bow to Aaron with respect to his comrade.  He would lean in to whisper to Aaron, “Any problem on the way here? Our journey was quiet and we don’t think we were followed, just want to know if we are expecting anyone bad.” He would look to Aaron for an answer until he was interrupted by Nai-Li with a question given to Lee.  He turns around to look at Nai-Li then the map she was looking over. He looks back up at her to respond, “Patience, we will be getting to that subject soon.”  Lee would lean back in to Aaron to ask him, “Should Nai-Li be involved in such an operation?” Jun-Fan does not want to put Nai-Li in a situation dangerous enough that it would likely kill her.  He may give his student a hard time but he does not want her to suffer a fate that would ultimately kill her or cripple her for life.

The journey to the cottage was a very smooth one,  Lee was constantly on his guard on the way there.  Though it was a mildly hasty trek to the outskirts of Bojang Lee would be easy to spring to action if an ambush were to arise. The only sound he would hear is the fauna crying out in the wilderness and gently breeze rustling the plant life around him and his pupil.  The situation at hand was plaguing Jun-Fan’s mind on the journey,  he was not briefed on what they are about to do next.  He too takes a moment to look at the map, could Aaron be planning on making an attack on the capital so soon?  That would be suicidal and unwise to do so quickly, they are too under powered for their movement to make an attack like that.  He hopes Aaron isn’t doing something so foolish to think that far ahead without any intelligence on what the regime is up to.

"So that's the plan, then." Aaron said as he looked to Shuiya. He then turned his attention back to the map, making a mark in a precise location, using a piece of wood that had been burnt at the tip. He used this method to keep the location easily erased if the map were to ever be discovered.

Hearing the door open, he stood straight up, taking his hands off of the table, turning around to face Lee and Nai-Li.

"None at all. You have to remember, trouble tends to avoid me. "

Aaron looked to Rook, giving him a cocky grin. "Isn't that right, buddy?"

Aaron looked to Lee and Nai-Li once more. "This is Shuiya. She's hired us to help her with a particular endeavor. She'll fill you all in. As for Nai-Li, I know for a fact that she can handle this." As he spoke of her, he gave her a confident nod of respect in her direction. "We'll handle this in no time. Do not let your guard down, however. It could mean certain death."

Necromancer:
There was a coolant air that was being drafted from the temples of the great halls within the Shogun's temple. It was unlike his usual setting, to where he preferred solitude and a preference to isolated environments. He would feel the prevalent eyes of those that were grudgingly viewing his presence at the temple as a blight to what they were standing for and were confused as to the attendance that the Shogun was providing to a practitioner of dark arts, as they would stoop that low to bring the blow to their enemies. The necromancer did not care for the views of the Shogun's royal men, it was their cause that the troublesome clan known as Fuktisuna was still a dominant asset to aid the people during this time of turbulence of uprising through the commoners, if they had performed their jobs correctly, there would be no call for such measures of calling in the necromancer to begin with.
Shortly, there was a barrage of men coming from a chamber that was placed at the forefront of the temple, large wooden doors were adorned with traditional designs of the Japah nature, as though some measure of history was written on their wooden make, chiseled with perfection and trimmed with the brightest of gold that the necromancer had not yet seen before in his life. The men that exited the chambers came before the man himself, dropped the blunt of their spears to the ground sounding off with a large BOOMPH that echoed through the halls and signifying attention of those that stood around. The necromancer brought his eyes up from his hood, examining the men that were standing before him. They were heavily fortified within their armor, samurai, as the people of Japah would refer to them. Each of them boasting layered padding, katanas wrapped to their sides, ready to pull at the moment's notice of danger, he would offer none. With a quick jerk of his head, he acknowledged the men, and as though on queue of command, they ushered him to the chambers of which they just previously exited.
Once entering the chamber, there was little light as though the lord of the lands was sleeping in this particular moment in the morning, though as they continued forward there would be the flicker of several candles lit within the back portions of the chamber rooms.
The men haulted.
Before the Necromancer and the Shogun's men was a large screen, decorative just as the door was outside, hiding the shadow figure that sat behind them, it appeared as though in a meditative trance or awaiting for some particular member to remove the screen from before the man, but they would never come.
The candles that were placed at the back of the room were illuminating the figure onto the screen, making it abundantly clear that someone was seated upon the throne, before the Necromancer could note any more details of the room a scraggled voice would come from behind the screen that echoed through the chambers and signified that the Shogun had begun to speak
"Where I call a worm, you come. Tell me why" the man's voice spouted out, as though angered by some troublesome news.
The necromancer took a moment before replying, "I answer summons, great leader" he would offer a bow of ackowoledgement of title, as the Shogun's men followed suit, dropping to both knees, bringing their foreheads to the ground in a major sign of respect and authority, the Necromancer did the same, and did not raise his head before the Shogun spoke again.
"I have task for a man of such talents, a tongue for the dead to do as he commands" the man spoke, the candles behind the man within the back of the room would seem to flicker, casting his shadow farther down the screen than previously positioned.
The necromancer raised his head, as the Shogun's men stood to their feet. "It is true great leader, I can command them as puppets" the necromancer said with a smile, a boastful truth to his words.

There was a silence

Then the sudden break of silence was met by the sound of a door being pushed open, from behind that door carried two more of the Shogun's men, though they were escorting what appeared to be a man in rags, shackled by both ankles and wrists, a prisoner. The man appeared frightful, pleading with the guards as they dragged him to the center of the room before throwing him down to the ground before the necromancer.
"GREAT LEADER PLEASE! PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR MY CRIMES, SPARE ME OH GREAT LEADER, SPARE ME OF MY CR-" the man began to plead though was cut drastically short by the blunt end of a katana being met to his head, knocking him to the ground where the man would continue to bring the blade down, removing the man's head from his body, the head rolling to the feet of the necromancer.

The shogun spoke aloud once more "Prove this to me" he would say, as though doubting the word of the necromancer.

As commanded, the Necromancer brought his hands from his sleeves, rolling them up to his elbows before starting his work. There was a whisper of encantations being spoken to himself, a whisper that was heard by the Shogun's men and the Shogun himself, loud enough for the room to make out what the man was saying, it would sound of Japah traditional prayer. The Necromancer came forth before the decapitated man and placed his hands to the man's chest, slowly gripping at his ribs and circling his hands over the rags of the man.
First there was nothing, proving that perhaps the man's words on reviving the dead were false.
Before the first movement of the corpse.

The necromancer smiled to himself, before standing and returning to his original position.
The corpse would let out a scream, the chest beginning to pump up and down as though air was reaching his lungs to breathe.
A dark illuminating green hue was pulsating out of the corpse's wound, a fleshy liquid would begin to seep out as it raised itself to full stance.
The Shogun's men took a step forward and drew their spears to the headless creature that stood before them, anticipating that it might become enraged and begin to attack, though it stood motionless.
The figure who's shadow was casted on the screen stood from his seat and gazed, never revealing his face to the crowd before him. He simply sat back down and rose another conversation to the necromancer.

"What is the price for seven?

Gamemaster:
Here in the story we will see a portion of the Fuktisuna clan meeting within the cottage.
It is now known that the Shogun has hired a man of necromancy skills to seek out what is assumed to the be the Fukitsuna clan preparing their travels to the Eastern Coast. Perhaps it is unknown that the Shogun knows of their travel routes, or he knows that they are currently station within Bojang, this is for the Roleplayers to find out.
Will they make haste with their travels and not plan their forward strategy, or will they stay longer, risking the Shogun (perhaps) finding their location in Bojang and stopping them before the trip begins.

JFF WILL CONTINUE; ALL PARTIES STILL UNKNOWN

Shuiya:
She would stop for a moment, the plans that were previously being discussed with Aaron had seized as the sound of door opening before them sounded out within the cottage. Up until this point it had been quiet banter between the two of them, studying a map that would show routes not known to the Shogun's men, allowing them some advantage for travel, though a map of that length did come to her at a steep price, she would push that thought to the side. She noted that two people entered the room, both Chenzhao from their appearance, and their wardrobe, a man and a young woman. She would not know that Aaron would call on to the aid of a potential child, she did not detest this verbally, though would cast a look to Aaron in question. She allowed them to greet before Aaron ushered her to begin the explanation as to why they were here, she would do just that, but attempt to keep it brief as possible, she had no intentions of delaying the trip anymore than she already has.

"My name is Shuiya, Ronin. My master, Master Itchata has passed and as sword right, I am to retrieve his blade and pass my respects to my fallen lord. Though there is trouble that has required me to seek such aid from the Fukitsuna Clan." she stopped for a moment to bring her fingers down to the map, hoping that all would bring their attention to where she was guiding her fingers upon the drawn routes on said map. "Spies in the area have been reporting missing persons, Shogunate Regime activity has been highly announced and there is a rumor going around that they have not found the bodies of the deceased, parties have been sent, and only have gone missing during the process. The purpose of this mission is to not discover what mystery lies there, but simply to get beyond such an area. Going around these routes would put us days behind in a manner of traveling by foot. Option we have, is straight through the route...it will be dangerous and I will not lead you in to die, but I will not lie of it's possibility" Shuiya finished, bringing her eyes to Nai-Li in hopes that the talk of it's danger might sway the child from attending. With her explanation over, she crossed her arms over his chest, and stepped back from the table for a moment, turning her eyes to the Meccian that was now approaching the table once Aaron had mentioned him.

She would wait for their response.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Nai-Li:

Nai-Li brought her eyes up from the map where Aaron's voice mentioning her name had caught her attention, she was proud that they were allowing her to attend, though the mission details were still unknown. As the minutes passed, allowing the woman, Shuiya, to explain the details of the mission of which Nai-Li now understood. It would make sense that Master Fan would disdainfully allow her to attend, understand the dangers, though with the certainty of Aaron's word, she knew that Master Fan would not press the subject further than need be. She allowed herself a smile when staring back to the map. The talk of dangerous situations, people missing, it was interesting to her. This was moreso for the fact that they have only traveled from town to town within secrecy for the last few weeks, the sense of exploration was limited to which bed they would be able to find each night, though nothing that was out of the ordinary for such travels. She looked closer at the routes, seeing as they met in a singular spot between them all leading up to the far Eastern Coast of Japah. She would make that subject matter known.

[i]"Perhaps the activity is due to it being a center point, look"
Nai-Li said out loud, bringing her finger to the city of Bosha, a center point that just hit the border of Bojang and Chunsu. Traveling South was always a risky move, but to the get to the Eastern Coast of Chunsu, they would have to consider all routes possible.
She brought her eyes up to Master Lee before continuing
"Master, do you know of another route?"
